Recruitment Process
The quality of resources ensures the quality of the product. At Shine Tech Soft, recruitment is an extensive process to explore and hire the right talent by exploring diverse methods. For each position within Shine Tech Soft, there is a job description listing the competencies required for that role. Various methods of assessment are used to ascertain the level of competence relevant to the role that an individual is applying for.

Interview Process
There are multiple rounds of interactions to assess talent. These are based on Competency and Behavior Event Interview techniques. Psychometric Assessment tools are used to measure knowledge, abilities and behaviors. These tools provide additional relevant information on personality, values, and interests relevant to the job.

Assessment Center is also used as a methodology to evaluate talent for certain key positions.
